Not sure which planning package fits your vibe (or your needs)? You’re not alone. Most couples land on our site, look at our packages, and think: “Okay, but what’s the actual difference?” So let’s break it down.

We design each package around the real-life needs we see most often. Whether you're planning your wedding solo or need us to take the reins entirely, we’ve got something for you.

The Ravel (Day-of Coordination)

You’ve done the planning. Now you just want someone capable to make sure it all actually happens. This is for the spreadsheet-loving, type-A duos (or the couples living on a budget and are now mildly panicking).

But let’s clear something up.

Day-of coordination isn’t just “show up and wing it.” We’ve heard it all:

  • “Can you cut down the hours?”

  • “Do we really need two coordinators?”

  • “I think we’re pretty low-maintenance…”

We get it. You’re trying to trim the fat. But we’ve done hundreds of weddings, and this is the bare minimum for a smooth, stress-free day.

  • 9 hours isn’t random. It’s two hours for setup, six for the event, and one for breakdown. That’s the minimum of what a wedding takes.

  • Two coordinators isn’t a luxury, it’s logistics. Your florist will have questions at the same time your DJ needs direction. We can’t be in two places at once… unless there are two of us.

  • Pre-wedding meetings aren’t optional. We need to know what your dream day looks like so we can make it happen, not guess at it on the fly. If anyone tells you otherwise, be skeptical.

The Ravel isn’t “extra.” It’s exactly what it takes to make sure your vision becomes reality without you lifting a finger on wedding day.

The Rebel (Partial Planning)

You started strong. Booked a venue, secured a few vendors, maybe even made a mood board. But now things are getting real - and a little overwhelming.

That’s where the Rebel steps in.

This package is built for couples who have the blueprint but need someone to help bring it across the finish line. We hop in during the final planning stages, tie up the loose ends, and make sure nothing gets missed in the final sprint.

Vendor contracts? Guest logistics? Timeline puzzles? We handle that while you stay sane and excited.

The Ribbon (Full Planning)

You want to be involved, but let’s be real: planning a wedding takes 100–140+ hours. That’s basically a second job… unless you're us. (We eat timelines for breakfast.)

If you’re busy with work, school, travel, or just don’t want wedding planning to take over your life, the Ribbon gives you full planning support with regular check-ins, guidance, and hands-on help from start to finish.

You make the decisions, we make it happen.

This package is perfect for couples who want the fun parts without the stress spiral.

The Rogue (Destination or Luxury Concierge)

You want everything in the Ribbon but also:

  • A ceremony in the Andes,

  • A reception on the Amalfi Coast,

  • Or a wedding weekend on a private estate in Oregon.

This is for our adventure Ribboners. The Rogue includes full planning plus the added coordination of guest itineraries, travel logistics, accommodations, permits, language barriers, and international event rules. (Yep, every country has different wedding laws.)

Whether you’re dreaming of a mountaintop elopement or a curated experience your guests will never forget, we’ll help you plan it, design it, and actually pull it off. And if you’re planning a smaller elopement for under 25 guests: talk with us about our Rogue Elopements options.

Need help figuring out which one fits best? Let’s hop on a discovery call. We’ll walk you through it.
