Once we’ve finalized the plan, we start delving into the details of timeline, layout and decor.

Then about a month prior, we do everything included in the Ravel Package so we can make sure the actual day is a total success.

This is the one. We take you from venue to vows with total clarity and care, wrapping every detail into a cohesive, joyful, fully YOU wedding.

First we start with an onboarding call to find your priorities, budget, vision, fears and wants.

Then we find the venue. After your venue has been secured we delve into a basic wedding plan for style, vendors, and budget.

We give you 3 options at a time to keep the decision paralysis at bay, constantly communicating with you as the wedding plans start to fill out.

As the day gets closer, we start to manage your guest list, menu, and all the tiny details that make your wedding perfect.

This is our most comprehensive experience. Designed for couples planning a wedding that extends beyond one day, one venue, or even one country. We manage the logistics, the travel, and the full guest experience while keeping the planning process focused and calm.

We begin with an in-depth onboarding call, identifying your priorities, budget parameters, guest count, travel considerations, and overall vision. We also discuss what feels overwhelming so we can remove friction from the start.

Next, we secure your setting. We research, vet, and present curated venue options that align with your design goals, guest accessibility, and overall experience. Once your venue is confirmed, we build the full planning framework around it.

From there, we develop your complete destination strategy.
This includes vendor sourcing, travel flow, event design, budget allocation, and timeline structure. We present three refined options at a time to keep decisions clear and manageable.

As plans solidify, we coordinate the entire guest experience.
Room blocks. Transportation. Welcome events. Excursions. Farewell brunches. Every touchpoint is organized with intention.

As the wedding approaches, we transition into detailed execution.
Final vendor confirmations, seating flow, menu approvals, production schedules, contingency planning, local permitting, and complete oversight of all moving parts.

You arrive knowing everything is handled.
