On a hot Wednesday, June 17, 2026, the local wedding and event community gathered at 1010 West in Orlando for an unforgettable industry celebration titled “Where the Wild Pros Are.” The event brought together approximately 140 wedding professionals for an evening of networking, creative collaboration, food, music, interactive experiences, and plenty of jungle-inspired fun.

Designed around the theme “Concrete Jungle: An Urban Luxe Celebration,” the party blended the industrial charm of 1010 West with lush greenery, bold animal prints, warm lighting, and playful safari-inspired details. The result was an atmosphere that felt energetic, stylish, and completely different from the average networking event.

A Jungle-Inspired Celebration for Wedding Pros

The goal of the evening was simple: create a space where Central Florida wedding professionals could connect, celebrate, and experience the creativity of the vendor community firsthand.

Guests were welcomed into a transformed venue filled with tropical textures, animal-print linens, glowing lounge-style lighting, and immersive décor moments. Long wooden tables were dressed with layered runners, lanterns, greenery, and florals, while statement installations and photo-worthy backdrops carried the jungle theme throughout the room.

From the moment guests arrived, the event felt less like a standard industry mixer and more like an experience.

Food, Drinks, and Wildly Fun Details

The menu leaned fully into the theme with playful station names and creative bites, including favorites like Jungle Sliders, Safari Skewers, Rafiki’s Ravioli, and Suspended Crunch. Guests enjoyed a variety of catering experiences from Graze Craze Orlando, Table Top Catering, Foodie Catering, and Jamrock Eatz, giving everyone plenty to sample throughout the evening.

At the bar, Traditions Mobile Bartending served up themed drinks, including the signature Pink Panther Punch featuring mixers from Fresh Victor. The bright tropical flavors were a perfect match for the jungle-inspired atmosphere.

Desserts from Bake Me A Cake added another beautiful layer to the event, with a themed cake and dessert display that felt right at home against the lush greenery and animal-print accents.
