Throughout the year, we release a curated series of elopement and proposal locations — each chosen for its atmosphere, beauty, and how it feels to stand there with someone you love. These are limited-time, intentionally designed experiences in places we’re already traveling to.

If you’re dreaming of somewhere else entirely, we can absolutely create a custom experience just for you. Intimate doesn’t mean one-size-fits-all.

Say yes on the windswept bluffs, surrounded by roses and ocean views, then slip away to the beach for a private picnic celebration just for the two of you.

$2,500 which includes:

• professionally designed backdrop of florals,

• 1 hour professional photography,

• officiant with customized script,

• 1 hand-tied bouquet and boutonniere in the color of your choice,

• a professionally designed picnic with 1 small cake, charcuterie board, sparkling cider, and all the glasses and plateware

• Coordinator to make sure everything runs smoothly

FAQs

How many time slots are available?

We’re offering four private ceremony appointments on March 22. Once a time is reserved, it’s gone — we intentionally keep this limited so each couple gets our full attention.

Is this ceremony private?

Yes. Each appointment is scheduled individually and styled just for you. While Talbot Island is a public park, we time and position each ceremony intentionally for privacy and flow.

How many guests can we bring?

Your package includes up to 6 total people (the couple + 4 guests).
Additional guests can be added for $45 per person, up to a maximum of 25 guests per park guidelines.

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

We monitor weather closely leading up to the date. If conditions are unsafe or extreme, we’ll discuss rescheduling options or alternative timing. Wind-friendly design and backup logistics are already built into our planning.

Do we need a permit?

No — we handle all permitting and logistics with Talbot Island State Park. You just show up dressed and ready.

Are candles allowed?

We use park-approved, wind-safe LED candles to maintain safety and compliance.

Whatever feels like you. Editorial formal, barefoot coastal, modern minimalist — we’ll guide you during your planning call so your look complements the setting beautifully.

What should we wear?

Do you help with finding hotels or travel plans?

Absolutely. We’ll adjust the flow and remove the officiant if you’re planning a surprise proposal.

Yes — your bouquet and boutonniere will be created in your chosen color palette. The ceremony styling remains cohesive to maintain the elevated aesthetic of the series.

Can we book this as a proposal instead?

Your professionally edited gallery will be delivered within 8-14 weeks.

A signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer officially secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due 2 days prior.

What is required to reserve our time?

What if we want a fully custom elopement in another location?

We offer custom-designed elopements year-round. If Talbot Island isn’t your spot, we’ll create something entirely tailored to you.

When will we receive our photos?

Yes! We can add on Travel Plan Logistics for an additional cost. This means we will help you book a hotel, figure out how to get around, and come up with a curated list of "things to do" in the area for a fun vacation that is totally you!
