Do We Plan Destination Weddings?
We don’t just plan them, we thrive on them. Whether you’re jetting off to a jungle paradise or gathering your people in the city where you grew up, destination weddings are our thing. If it’s not where you (or your guests) live, it counts, and we’re here for it. We’ve planned weddings on beaches, in boutique hotels, and even in bungalows with fire dancers and piña coladas. No matter the place, we help you make it seamless, unforgettable, and totally you.

A Few Rogue Truths About Destination Weddings
Guest Count Reality Check
The farther away the location, the smaller the guest list. Which is not always a bad thing. Destination weddings are naturally more intimate, and the couples who embrace that vibe end up loving the experience even more.
Vendor Rules & Red Tape
Some countries limit the type of vendors you can bring in. You may not be able to fly in your favorite American florist, DJ, or photographer. But don’t worry, we help you navigate the local options or plan smart workarounds.
Logistics Are Everything
Your guests aren’t just showing up, they’re traveling. Think beyond the ceremony. Are your locations walkable? Will they need shuttles? Simplify where you can. Guests appreciate it, and you’ll stress way less.
No Kids? Hire a Sitter Instead.
Let’s be real for a second. If your guests are making this their vacation, the kids are probably coming too. Instead of saying “no children allowed,” consider hiring a vetted event babysitter. You’ll keep the peace and give everyone (parents included) a better night.

A Real Wedding: Costa Rica, Ribbon & Rogue Style
Let’s take you behind the scenes of a full-throttle destination wedding we planned in Costa Rica. From touchdown to takeoff, every moment was mapped out with enough space to breathe.
Day 1 – Guest Arrival + Welcome Party
We met guests at the airport with signs, bubbly, and good vibes. A private shuttle brought everyone to an eco-hotel where they checked in with cocktails, mocktails and snacks, then had time to decompress before the sunset welcome party.
Day 2 – Adventure + Wedding Day
The couple kicked off their morning with beachside massages while guests chose between ATVs, hiking, or horseback riding. Then it was glam time.
Guests were greeted with frozen piña coladas before a 5 PM ceremony.
Cocktail hour? White-glove service, passed apps, custom drinks.
Dinner? Plated and elegant.
Entertainment? A local band and a fire dancer who lit up the night.
Finale? Fireworks and a beach bonfire under the stars.
It was bold, beautiful, and totally unforgettable.
Day 3 – Chill & Sail
Late checkouts, breakfast buffets, and a catamaran trip for the stragglers. Easy. Breezy. Perfect wrap-up.
And yes, we handled all of it: RSVPs, welcome bags, guest communication, and travel coordination. Our couple didn’t lift a finger… except to sip a daiquiri.
